With the quality of our state-of-the-art presses, lightning-fast turnaround, low prices and helpful customer service, Off The Wall has so many satisfied customers. But we want to make sure every customer is satisfied—so we’re backing up our printing with an "Off The Wall" Guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your printing, simply call Customer Service at 800-XXX-XXXX within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive), and we will reprint part or all of your order. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping, postage and processing costs.
